An Equinox is known as the time when the Sun is exactly over the Equator – this occurs twice a year in September and March. The word comes from Latin and means “equality of night and day”.Nature balances dark & light whilst we work in our orchard throughout the seasons, helping the trees grow to become the bearers of the loveliest apples for our range of ciders.Around the Autumn Equinox we harvest the apples and the resulting cider is ready when the Sun moves into the Spring Equinox.At this point, new blossom is about to burst out again, ready for next season’s apples and cider. An ever-continuing cycle of life – Mother Nature at her best! light and easy thirst-quenching drink. Sitting comfortably in our range as a Medium cider, it has both dry and sweet qualities
