We recently worked with FareShare, the UK wide charity backed by the government. They get donations of surplus fruit from supermarkets for distribution to people in need, but they were wondering how to extend the shelf life of particularly soft fruits such as raspberries. Together with one of our customers, Jumpin’ Juice, we were able to unpack, press and create a delicious apple raspberry drink. The feedback has been great so far from Local Authorities and we are looking forward to working with FareShare going forward.
